My friend recommended Dog Grooming Nanaimo for our family's two dogs and has been nothing but amazing. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. We have been to many groomers over the years and none have compared to their service. Both dogs get groomed twice a month and I recommend them to everyone.

Stacy was extremely nice and professional. She took a lot of time to get to know me, and my dog and to give me recommendations on how to better care for him. The groom is great. He doesn't over or undercut, and he gave a very thorough examination before giving the final haircut. The shampoo and conditioner did a wonderful job with removing all of his sheddings without making it feel like my dog had been stuck in the shower. His nails are always kept trimmed and free of debris. We have been seeing him every 3 weeks since he was about 6 months old, and we could see an immediate difference in the condition of his fur and nails. He loves coming to his appointments, and we are extremely happy with the grooming experience.

My experience was great. I have 2 poodles and they get trimmed every 2 weeks. They always look and feel amazing! Stacy makes them feel as if they are human again!! And the girls at the salon are great!!! They make us feel comfortable and at home. This is my 2nd time using Stacy and I will continue to use her as she is amazing. Thank you Stacy for making my dogs feel like the most important part of my life :)

I don’t normally write reviews, but Dog Grooming Nanaimo is my favorite shop. I take all of my dogs here and they never fail to impress me. Better than I could have asked for! My pup sheds constantly and after 100's of baths in the tub at home, and a couple other so-so groomers, it was the time he went to try another groomer. I assumed he would look better than I could do but didn't expect him to look better than what other groomers had done. We have found his puppy parlor for life now :) Thank you, girls! You did an amazing job!
