De-Matting
Anyone who’s tried this will understand that sometimes it’s a very laborious and painstaking process, and it can be very uncomfortable for your dog (although they will thank you for it afterward). Our job is to do it as efficiently and painlessly as possible, which we have a real knack of doing, however even we have our limits.
If your dog is heavily matted and it will be too distressing or painful to de-mat, or de-matting is not realistic, in the interest of your dog’s comfort we will decline the service.
