Better than I could have asked for! My pup sheds constantly and after 100’s of baths in the tub at home, and a couple other so-so groomers, it was the time he went to try another groomer. Stacy was extremely nice and professional. She took a lot of time to get to know me, and my dog and to give me recommendations on how to better care for him. The groom is great. He doesn’t over or undercut, and he gave a very thorough examination before giving the final haircut. The shampoo and conditioner did a wonderful job with removing all of his sheddings without making it feel like my dog had been stuck in the shower. His nails are always kept trimmed and free of debris. We have been seeing him every 3 weeks since he was about 6 months old, and we could see an immediate difference in the condition of his fur and nails. He loves coming to his appointments, and we are extremely happy with the grooming experience.

We are very happy with the service Stacy provides. We feel very comfortable leaving her alone with our pups and know they are in good hands.
